Hey hey, me and the lady love those late night burgers. At 2 or 3 in the morning, I'm not looking for anything fancy, these burgers serve their purpose.

I get where you're coming from Steve variety and choice are great options. There are many of us that need the food for survival, take my hubby who could eat a bag a cheesies in sitting position while sleeping and have no clue what he ate. Revert back to primal behaviour, hunt, sex, eat, sleep....

Maybe it's all of that clenbuterol that Mexican livestock growers used to bulk up their cattle. LOL. Just don't be a NFL player or any other WADA tested athlete and expect to munch down on Temptation burgers. LMAO

April and I always stock up on snacks from the OXXO for late night as we both find the burgers disgusting. Way to mystery meat-ish. We still do sometimes grab one in hopes of it tasting and looking better but we always wake up to it next to the bed with one bite taken out of it.

Well this seems like as good a thread as any to make my post in a few months (trying to figure out how and when I can come back), but the late night burger is a sacred right to me! When I grab that delectable plate I know that I have succeeded in partying to my hearts content for one night and that I would then retreat to my room to recuperate for another day of fun in a few hours! Who cares that it's not fancy!

When I've been drinking since 11am and I'm on my last legs at 2am....literally the only thing I want is to devour a thin pre-made TTR burger, then a 7-hour blackout nap before it all starts again. They're so good because I swear they've been scientifically prepared to contain the exact right amount of grease, carbs and glucose to replenish what's been lost through the 15-hour drinking session, tropical climate and dancing for 4 hours at Paty O (well Bash come November).

It's the same reason us Brits swear by a full English fry-up after a heavy session. Personally, that's too much for me. I really don't eat a lot at TTR. I don't have much of an appetite whilst drinking. At 2am, anything more substantial than that crappy burger would likely have me praying to the porcelain gods rest of the night.

Are they "made to order" or just sitting in a chafing dish for self-service?

They're made to order. If you show up at rush hour (between 1am and 2am) they'll have a few going on the grill at the same time. They're not just pre-cooked hours ago lying around in a dish.
