I just watched Steve's 1st live feed from this morning. Looks like they are 95-97% completed, but nothing that would affect the party. The front facade was not finished, and the DJ booth not finished. I would say they have some painting still remaining as things looked very "concrete like". They are expecting 400 ish guests tonight and between 600-700 by the end of the week. The big jacuzzi looks great, it is VERY big, easily holds 40 or more people
