Ok so our experience has been absolutely amazing. From room to facilities to service amazing. I do want to keep it real though. Others have not been as lucky. From premier members being told their room won't be available until 3 to the 4000 and 5000 block not having working air conditioning yet. Some rooms apparently don't have any water. Others no hot water. Will test that when we get back to our room. But yeah definitely some growing pains. Just want to set expectations for those on their way. For some reason we are being treated very very well and all is right for us. Lucky I guess

Funny that rooms not available until 3 PM...although I did see someone post on FB and it looked like they possibly stayed in a room last night (guest or worker I assume), so maybe that explains it. Not cool on no AC or water though...
