My guess is that complaining woman was one that did not check out TTR and had no clue as to what it was/is about. Wow! I can't believe that a vacationer's complaint would trump the resort's standing rules and regulations. That's a very slippery slope. You can't try to please a person while, at the same time, infringing upon another person's freedom and liberties. As long as there was no "full" exposure of the "bat and balls", I can't see where the vacationer had any ground to stand on. That's very unfortunate.
