Did anyone see this https://booking.originalresorts.co/insurance/ I was browsing, and noticed this anybody else and think it's worth it considering I seen some people get messed up.
It's not a bad price, however their medical coverage limits are quite low. Better than nothing, but still not enough for me to decide to ditch my regular trip insurance offered by Expedia, etc.
I don't know the prices down there for treatment and I never get any insurance just afraid someday going to catch up to me
I have read that Travel insurance tends to be rather cheap maybe couple hundred a year. But whatever you do make sure you buy one that includes the Medevac home. On the last two overseas trip we went on there was 1 person on each trip that was flown back to the states. That alone was $30,000 so it could be worth it to have it if there is a problem, then again that's what insurance is all about.
We where on a cruise and a woman had a heart attack, and the other I can not remember what happened but I thought ohhh I hope they have travel insurance.
If you're looking for trip insurance make sure to get primary not secondary insurance, primary insurance leaves you're normal at home policy out of the picture and assumes full responsibilty and tends to be somewhat easier to be accepted in places like Mexico. T
