I think that is just the construction staging area.

Here is a pic from a month ago. You can only see a tiny bit peaking out of the top. They moved fast

 

We received an email from Premier, requesting our arrival time. Steve posted a few weeks back that they were not wanting to have unnecessary staff there until they were needed. We arrive at the Resort around 12:30 pm and we have friends that are already going to be there and were planning to be there pretty early, maybe 10 a.m.

 

Yeah steve and I were discussing getting there at 6 or 7. My perspective is I want to get there as soon as it is allowable. But I don't want to taxi over from Desire Pearl and then spend half the day waiting outside. What we have going on the night before at Pearl is a factor too of course. But I am planning an all nighter

 

This construction staging area looks to be out in front to the left of the new building. There is going to be a lot of decking at the new TTR.

Doesn't look like the locals and the judge were very successful in halting the construction.

Yes it is. The new deck that connects the concrete around the pool to the beach area was like 50 yards long and 20 feet from concrete to beach. Lots more seating area than old TTR. Less beach since they went that direction in some spots.

 

This is the picture I think I was talking about. It's from around June 16th on the Facebook page. Pretty sure it was after we had seen pictures of them coating the roof, so I was surprised to see something above the roof line. Without trip reports to read, this thread has been quite entertaining with all of the guessing, and then proving. I'm very surprised at the speed this is getting done.

Also if you look at pictures taken just after all the demo was done. It looked like such a small area to fit the new towers in, and now they look as if they have been there forever.

Called Premier today. I was informed all the pools and Jacuzzis are open to everyone. The only membership only area will be an inside VIP lounge. He denied a rooftop pool was being build but the picks say otherwise. Nonetheless, I plan on seeing you guys and girls there when I arrive in 17 days. THIS WILL BE EPIC!!!
