I had noticed rebar sticking out from the top of the roof a while back. I wondered what it was. Guess I should have said something. I just figured it was elevator shaft framing. It looks like a very cool addition, but like everyone else still wondering whose allowed in there.

 

How about this floaty. Imagine topless bull riding.

 

Also, on a side note. In the large picture, The front of the Tower is covered with a wire grid of some sort that we were told would eventually bit made up of thousands of tiny LED's so that the entire front of the resort would have a lit up never stationary wave of light that would light up the blvd.

 

I hope this doesn't piss off the local bike path people.

It's TTR I doubt that bull ride floatie will go unused, now if we could get Chinos, Sara69 to ride it or get Steve to tow it behind the Boobs Cruise imagine the possibilities.
