Yeah we had the inside one a couple times. It kind of was like a glorified bathtub. Did have a rain shower coming out of the ceiling into it which was kind of fun. But agree with such an amazing view and awesome balcony it should be outside instead.

Of all of the times we've been to TTR, the most I can recall being in the sports pool after Patyo's is maybe around 20 people at any given time. So I think the resort took note of that and built this very large BASH Jacuzzi to handle the late night Patyo's after party.

Refried beans ..... as in "make your own bubbles" ??

 

Kind of odd that they have chairs that you can't really sit in, or lay down all the way. How do you lay on your stomach in those things?

 

I heard a rumor they had a bunch of these coming in for the balcony pools.

Yeah good point. They don't look adjustable in any way. I like to take my morning nap (or regular sleep) poolside face down

Agree completely!!! Tyler has a ritual of getting a margarita at around 8 a.m. and laying face down at the pool for an hour to sun his back which doesn't get much sun standing in the pool. This is most definitely a case of an architect that wasn't in touch with the clientele. They will get a lot of complaints over this one I believe.

 

Sure 'looks' trendy and cutting edge though ugh

 

Regarding the debate about whether the roof top pool us members only or open to all, unless Im crazy (possible) they removed the Sky3.5 Bar from their list of Restaurants & Bars on their website. Presumably that makes it a premium location. Sorry if this has already been pointed out (or refuted)
