Reading K&P ARK s recently posted trip report has me reminiscing about our first visit and first trip report. So I went back and read it and thought is was interesting to see how many things have changed in 7 years (wow 7 years).

In preparation for an entirely new round of trip reports and new information on the new TTR I thought it would be fun if everyone pulls up their old original trip report for your first visit to TTR and adds their first day entry or whatever they want from that first trip to this thread. We can all read each other's first trip experiences, reminisce and get excited about our first trip to the new TTR.

Our first trip was February 2010 as a part of the week 8'ers. Here is the first day entry. Hope you enjoy as much as I did thinking about how this fun journey started Please add your entry too!

Ok, finally starting this thing. Going to do it a day at a time as I cant seem to find enough time to sit down and include everything we want to (work and a 4 and 2 year old will do that to you). Will try to highlight some tips that were useful to us during our first visit. This was one of the best weeks of our lives and we cant wait to do it again!!! Hopefully next February so we can see some of the same people again.

Wednesday 2/24
On time arrival at 10:45am. Quick thru customs and easy baggage pick up.
TIP: Not sure what you can and cant bring into the country but this is where all the dogs are. We saw 3 or 4 people having items taken away. Looked like nuts or other snacks? Might be worth while checking out what you can bring into the country if you plan on bringing snacks or ?
Red light/Green light check of bags, I assume for more items you cant bring into the country, was also easy and quick.
Ran the gauntlet thru the timeshare people, several people were also trying to pretend they were our transfers by throwing out transfer names. Dont stop. Just keep walking until you get outside and start looking for your transfer name. We used USA Transfers and booked thru the link on this site. Cost us $45 to the resort and $10 to get back plus tip. Well worth it since it was just us and no other stops. Figure that is the quickest way to get to the resort. And with this being our first vacation away from the kids in 3+ years it made sense to get to Temptationas quick as possible. Plus with all the over bookings that is another reason to get there fast.
TIP: I hinted to the driver that we wished the resort had red bull and also snacks in the room. He of course then offered to stop at a convenience store free of charge (we of course made it worth his while with a tip). This got us reasonably priced red bull, snacks and extra water for the room. We loaded up and it cost us only $28 USD. Negative is I used a credit card and this got my credit card suspended as they saw a charge from Mexico and got suspicious.
TIP: Tell your credit card company you will be using your credit card in mexico in advance. Ours is Bank of America. This would of saved me a 15 minute phone call to get it turned back on once we reached the resort.
We arrived at the resort at noon. This was great as it only took us 1 hour 15 minutes to clear customs, get bags, go thru red light/green light, get our transfer and stop at a convenience store.
We then attempted to check in but no rooms were available. We requested a room overlooking the quiet pool and they said they would have one available at 1pm and to come back then. They gave us our wristbands and said to have lunch and come back. This is a good time to mention we booked thru Skoosh.com and had ZERO issues with our reservation. Smooth as can be. Cost us $1068 total for 6 nights. What a bargain.

We decided to check out the sexy pool before lunch as we knew Miss Temptation was going on today and our friend that we met online in advance on this site, MrsDiesel Mindy, was entering. So our first introduction to the sexy pool, as we entered and looked on from stage left, was Chinos running at us with a bucket full of suits and emptying the bucket at our feet, then 10-15 guys jumping out of the pool fully nude and running right at us. I just turned to Jen and said welcome to Temptations! In hindsite it is funny but I dont think she found it so funny at the time

We did lunch at the a la carte, Margarita's I believe it is called. Enjoyed a deli sandwhich and some chicken enchiladas. We are not buffet people and were very worried about the food quality at an all inclusive but we were impressed across the board. Our first meal was definitely a good start. And the service was great also. A $5 tip to our waiter Omar (amazed that somehow I remember his name at this point) seemed to be very much appreciated.

By the way, sorry about all the detail in this report. I am doing this for 2 reasons 1) I want to remember this trip for a long time and 2) to help any first timers as I learned so much from others trip reports.

A little after 1 we returned to the front desk and were told 30 more minutes. After 30 mins we returned and were told 20 more mins. After 20 mins we returned and were told 15 more mins and so on until we finally got a room a little after 3 when I started pushing a little more. I tried to upgrade to a jacuzzi room but they said they were all sold out. Then they told me I could pay $108 for a jacuzzi room but it had two double beds. I told them I would only do $50 for one with a king bed and they said they were all sold out of those but would put me on the list for Friday when they thought they would have some available. Finally they checked us into room 1113 which was in the quiet pool block of rooms but facing Margaritas and the grass behind it. The room was fine. Nothing special. We heard a lot of noise from Nice Shoes until 2am or so but at least it was not overlooking Patio O's which goes until 5am. You will see when I get to the Friday report that upgrading to a jacuzzi room was well worth it!

After checking in we headed off to the sexy pool. It was cloudy with drizzle so not a good pool day at all. We ran into some people we had met on the board and quickly realized they were just as nice and friendly as expected. I cant remember exactly who we met which day (it all kind of runs together) but pretty sure day 1 was misbehaving, mrmrsdiesel and rick and alesha. All great people. Got some shots and day 1 drinks in to start the fun.

We were very worn out from our travels (started at 3am Cancun time). And we did not make it in time to make dinner reservations. They take reservations between 10am and noon in the Bellavista restaurant which is the Carib/Seafood restaurant. So we did an early dinner at Bellavista (6ish?).
TIP: The only restaurants that require reservations now are The Village Wok (asian) and Il Piiacere (italian). Bellavista (Seafood) and Tex Mex do not require a reservation. If you go early you can pretty much walk up and get a table. Later (8-9) there is usually a line but nothing horrible.
We enjoyed Bellavista a lot. Cant even remember what we had but liked it.

After a little 'fun' in the room. We went to The Main Event in Nice Shoes at 9:30. The show was a good intro to the resort. Some people lined up to get in as early as 45 mins in advance. We found this wasnt necessary. Plenty of seats. And the people who took the front row table seats actually moved once they announced those seats meant there was a risk of having to participate. So once they vacated them we moved up.
The show was a strip show basically. Nothing too out there. No full nudity really but they did pull people from the front two rows to get lap dances. It was all in good fun. If you are a lady then I would recommend wearing undies unless you are OK with a little exposure

Afterwards we did a mix of Patty O's and the Sports Bar. Patty O's was rather empty. I was told this was due to the weather and in the following nights we realized that Patty O's is really the place to be so Wednesday being slow was definitely due to the bad weather. Did learn that a buck or two to the bartender for each round got noticed and picked out of the crowd for future rounds. We had a great time getting to know some people and the resort but cashed in at 1am since we had almost been up 24 hours. Definitely the slowest, most uneventful night of our visit but a good into. Will get into the fun stuff in the nights to follow!​

I didn't write a trip report after our first trip, and I am regretting it now. I don't think I can even remember enough facts from day 1 of that trip...almost feels like and eternity ago.

I do remember us doing shots of Patron in the room and then heading to the quiet pool bar before being brave enough to venture to the sexy pool. (I actually can't even believe that I just typed that)

 

Ha funny. When I reread the report earlier I first thought I can't believe I said undies instead of panties. Then I thought what the f was wrong with me telling people to wear anything at all? Lol

 

First trip first day? Got to resort about 1pm, started drinking. Went for a "nap". Woke up at 6am..

This is my one and only trip report.... wow times have changed!!!! I can feel the innocence in this post! This was great Kyle because although I am not a trip report rockstar like you and a few others this first trip marked the first step on a very very very new me......


So I’m finally getting around to writing our trip report. We stayed at Temptation from February 20-27. It was the best experience of my life. We arrived around 5:30pm on Lingerie night. Nothing like jumping right in to the party. After checking in and avoiding the timeshare people we went to our room to change out of our travel clothes. Our room was in the 5000 block and it was a bit run down but truly we didn’t mind because we didn’t come for the room. I was more disappointed with the ‘balcony’ it was just a very small area (I could almost touch both walls) that led out to a grassy area.
We left the room and went to get our first drink. From reading reports on here I knew it had to be a drunken monkey. We wandered around the resort meeting and chatting with a few random people. A very intoxicated, mostly naked women must have figured we just arrived cause she asked why I was wearing so much clothes (it was only a mini skirt and a tank top) She told me to meet her in the pool at 10am tomorrow morning so she could rape me. I knew we were in the right place! We found our way to Paty O’s and once we started seeing people arrive in Lingerie I knew it was time to go change. I had brought a few outfits depending on my level of intoxication/courage for our first night. The details are a bit hazy but I know we had fun.

I’m not going to go day by day because most of it is a big blur of fun, sun, drinks and sex. But I want to give a shout out to a few people that made out trip fantastic. First it would be IOWAGIRL they were great to hang out with! Lens300 and the rest of the Niagara Falls crew we loved chatting with you! RonandLori congratulations on getting married and we wish you all the best in the future.

The only other day I want to focus on was Boobs Cruise day. We were on the cruise on February 22. I was a bit nervous because as I said on another thread. I have social anxiety and I’m overweight. I bought my first bikini for this trip. Actually, I brought 7 bottoms and 2 tops. I’m not a showy person. I’m more of a wallflower type personality. With the help of a little liquid courage, some crazy laughs and our new friends P&S and theDiamonds89 we had a blast. It took me a bit to open up but by the end of the cruise I was dancing topless in front on 70 strangers. This for me is life changing. I feel truly like a different person now. I walk a little taller and I can speak a little louder. Thank you to Steve, Janet, Chinos, Omar and the staff!

The rest of the trip was perfect. Hubby and I loved making out on the little beds by the sports pool in the evening. It was amazingly sexy to be out in the open like that where people could watch. Nothing XXX, we saved that for the room but we had lots of fun.

I also should make a side note that I had my first girl kiss at Paty O’s and it was also fantastic. I think hubby enjoyed seeing it too!

We are of course looking to book our second trip and we are probably going with the Octoberbreasters this year.

Again, I just want to say thank you to everyone for being awesome. We have found our new favorite place.

OK...I'll play along! Here is my first trip report from 7/24/15 - 7/31/15....some of you may remember it!

I understand this may not be the appropriate place to post a trip report, but I could not create thread under the trip report section, so here it is...

We were very excited to vacation in Cancun at Temptations Resort. We vacationed in Cabo last March, while having a lot of fun, we found ourselves wanting to experience something more of an adult environment. While researching places in Cancun, Temptations piqued our curiosity. We researched the resort and found that the concept of Temptations was intriguing.

We found Cancuncare was the most useful tool for us to prepare for our trip, from Bubba mugs to theme night attire, we felt prepared for our vacation. Cancuncare also allowed us to make some connections with people prior to our arrival. We are a pretty friendly couple and have no issues with introducing ourselves to people, but to recognize our "friends" from CC made conversation that much easier.

First Day Curse - We arrived at the resort at 9:00 a.m. having taken the red-eye out of LAX. We were delayed a couple of hours and did not get much sleep on the flight. We wanted to get to the resort early and make the most of our first day. Luckily, our room was available early and we were upgraded to the first floor jacuzzi room. I think our excitement overpowered our tiredness and we started the party early. We met some CC friends in the sexy pool and partied with everyone we met. After countless Sky & sodas, we were both very tired and quite drunk. We decided to go to the room and nap for a bit, but somehow we split apart. My wife made it safely to our room, I did not! Our room was 1128 and in my drunken stupor made it safely to room 1138 thinking is was our room. My key did not work and I figured I would go through the sliding glass door. I found my bed and proceeded to pass out. A couple of hours later, the couple that were actually staying in 1138 found the doors open and me laying in their bed in my alcohol induced coma. Can you imagine the scene? Luckily, we had been CC friends and met earlier in the pool. He recognized me from our conversation at the pool and the helped me out of the room. Yep...I was that guy! Lost, drunk, and apparently guilty of breaking and entering. Apparently, I continued my own tour of the resort with the gait of a drunk cyborg, walking into restaurants, waiving at my new friends, until security found me at 1:00 am....NAKED at the marina! Security and the staff were very cool. He asked the rhetorical question, "Is this your first time to Temptations"? I replied yes. He said " I understand, let's get you a towel". The staff ushered me to my correct room and returned me to my wife (who was passed out as well). Please note: I do not remember any of this. This story was pieced together by all the guests that witnessed this debacle. I can only humbly apologize and appreciate the help I received for the guests and staff. I am proof that the first day curse is very real!!!

We decided to check the front desk / lost and found. They retrieved a large plastic bag with everything I lost the night before. I was ecstatic. The man that helped me at the marina was standing near me and said " Hey I know you"! I recognized him and apologized profusely. We laughed it off and continued to the beach and pool. This was an interesting day. I ran into Xraider13. He informed me that it was his room that I was in and continued to tell one of the more embarrassing stories in my life time. He and his wife were so cool about the situation. Unfortunately, the story has begun to circulate amongst everyone entertaining us all week.

The Boobs Cruise - We had a blast. There were about 40 or so people on the boat. The games were fun and everyone seems to enjoy themselves. If you are openminded and like to party, we highly recommend it.

The Sexy Pool - is really the heartbeat of Temptations. We spent the majority of our time there watching and participating in some of the games. It was really easy meet people and have fun.

Lifestyle Couples - Yes. There are many lifestyle couples at TTR. We are a vanilla couple and we found that the majority of people we met in the lifestyle were the coolest, down to earth, and respectful people. We had a blast partying with them and maybe innocently flirting a bit.

Single Guys - Yes. There are many single guys and yes most are respectful. Unfortunately, there are a few that are not. There were a couple occasions that needed to be corrected. A bit of advise to the single guys. Be cool. 99% of the women there are not there specifically for you. Yes, there are many topless women for you to look at, I suppose that is the beauty of TTR. Do not be rude or instruct them to pose for you or spin so you can get a better look with out her permission and her partner's (husband / boyfriend) as well. You will be labeled as the "creeper" and believe me word spreads fast about those guys!

Theme Nights - We decided to participate in the majority of the theme nights. We had all the outfits from White Night, Sheer Night, and BDSM Night. Some of the themes really pushed our boundaries, but we figured nobody knows us and nobody gives a shit. We had fun with it and my wife looked smoking hot!!!

Dining - We found that the dining options were very good. We were able to get as healthy or unhealthily as we wanted. Breakfast typically consisted of a great selection of fruit, an omelet or fried eggs, and coffee. Until that last two days we discovered the made to order chilaquiles. Lunch was good. You could find fajitas, tacos, or hit the BBQ. Dinner, in our experience the buffet grill was the best. We were a little disappointed with the Italian restaurant (our poor menu selection). The seafood restaurant was good, and we did not make it to the Asian. Late night burger at Paty O's was excellent.

Paty O's - It was a cool place to congregate after dinner or Nice Shoes. It was just so damn hot. A little dancing and we were pouring sweat. It was fun though to see everyone in their outfits and mingling with the different groups. The late night skinny dip at the Sports Pool is a must after a long night at Paty O's.

The Sensual Massage - Do it! That is all I can say about it.

 

Now that's an epic First Day Curse story...and a great trip report.
I was simply going to rate as funny due to the FDC story but thought better of it hence this comment.
I am happy you survived and eventually made it back to the wife.

 

After going to the Golden Parnassus the last two years in early December, we decided to head off the TTR the last week of October this year. We had great times at GP, and likely would have gone back, but in following other Facebook pages on the place we discovered they are going quite thru quite a change, and it didn't look like it was going to be the place we had visited before, so I'm not going to do a lot of comparisons, because what we did there doesn't really go on that much anymore. I did trip reports of our previous trips 11/29-12-3 Trip Report, Very different this time. Restling Trip report, if you care to read. Basically we are high school sweethearts, now in our mid 40's from a very small rural town in Illinois, who have a 15 year old "normal" high school boy, and a 20 year old extremely "special needs" daughter that takes up most all of our time. We don't get much free time ever.

We did the typical thing of staring at the weather forecast for weeks on end before the trip, and the hurricane a few days before definitely made things a little more anxious. The weather the last two years the first week of Dec. wasn't as warm as we would have liked, so we were hoping for something better earlier in the calendar, and we weren't disappointed. We stepped out of the Cancun airport around noon'ish, and were met with mid 90's heat index. Nice.

Check in went smooth, and our room was ready. The lady at the desk gave us the run down of the place, and then switched to trying to get us to a morning meet and greet the next day, and gave us a little spiel about Desire. We said we had no interest in either, we absolutely weren't going to any meet and greet, and that was it. We were never bothered by any timeshare talk again. It didn't seem like a big deal at all.

Our room was 1130. It's right next to the Italian, and the very first room on that side, and across from the quiet pool. I think I remember someone else saying they didn't like that room, because it's right next to the laundry service, and loud. Around 8:00 you would start to hear it, and the construction going on, on the roof across the pool, but I was up by then anyway. I have sleep issues at times.

We met a two couples at the GP last year, and we decided to vacation with them for the whole trip this year. I walked down to the lobby, and they were just checking in. There rooms weren't ready, so we headed off to lunch. After lunch their rooms were ready so we headed to the pool.

We only got in the pool at the GP a couple of times in two trips, because it was too cold. Not an issue at all at TTR this trip. As soon as we stepped into the pool we could tell this is where we were going to be spending a lot of our time. Plus there was some game going on at that point, and my first glimpse out to the the pool was of a couple of ladies with no suits at all, sitting on the shoulders of someone, not a bad beginning. Wife's top was off after ten minutes, and never seen again. It got overcast in the afternoon so we got out, and headed to Margarita's for supper. At Patyo's, that night, they had the Hot Batucada Parade going on. To me this is one of those things that only is entertaining if you want it to be. It just seemed weird seeing people in a conga line, waving long balloons around while these guys beat the shit out of some drums. Anyway, to each their own, I guess the one guy in our group did like it, because he ended up dancing with them twice. If you could call what he was doing, dancing? At one point, when he was with one of the dancing girls he kept hitting her in the head with the balloon. She gave him a look, like what kind of weird fetish do you have? There's lots of alcohol involved, so I'm sure they are used to it, and she laughed it off. It did sprinkle a little making the floor pretty slippery. This couple dancing next to us had a slip, and he ended up basically body slamming her straight on her head. It didn't look good. Two from our group helped her with the blood for a bit, and then we called it a night around 1:00.
