Lots of other transfers I have used in the past make you recontact them at some point in your trip to confirm you flights and pickup window. I hate doing that, and it's always a pain to remember the day your supposed to essentially setup what you already setup again. And I am not trying to work the phone or the Internet on vacation if I don't have to.

With USA Transfers, when you make the original reservation, your done. No BS. I just know the time they are coming the last day. So after the bellhops take our bags from the room and we checkout, we stay at the bar until the exact time, walk to the exit (while crying) and get in the van that's A/C-ed up and ready to roll.

Sitting in the waiting room to get picked up within some hour+ window sucks. It's like "am I paying you, or are you paying me to make this pickup convenient for your company?" I want to make the worst part of my vacation as painless as possible, and that's exactly what you get.

The companies that do that don't need to do it. They use it as an opportunity to sell tours.
