    Yea, there was a discussion about the Tex Mex restaurant being demolished but I always saw it in the background pictures in the original renderings.

    Yeah, I believe the word is that it is now going to be air conditioned. So some structural changes were definitely necessary. I'm pretty happy about that, because that was the only thing I didn't like about it.

    The upper decking has me a little confused. With that being said if it is 2-3 feet higher then the actual floor so probably the reason there was no railing or wall in that area yet.

    Yeah me too. Only thing I can think of is maybe there will be seating there as part of a restaurant so it is raised a little? Just in a section

    It was gutted when I was there with plaster walls now. So yeah it is more of a solid structure now I believe
