Great point. When you look at this picture of them installed, they do look a little bigger with the way they are angled in. And remember these are just the outside hallways, so how long does it take to go from the one end to the furthest room? Probably worse for housekeeping pushing their carts than our short walks to the elevator and back. Oh and it's Mexico, I am pretty much dying the moment I walk out the airport door.

 

it shouldn't be too bad. we use to always stay in the rooms above the lobby where it was a fully inclosed hallway which I don't think was airconditioned and it wasn't bad. how often are you really in the hallway any ways. oh wait unless your my group where we just take over the hallway and preparty there lol.

 

Seeing those waves reminds me of one trip where I went to Carlos and Charlies with the hotel, back when it was on the bay side. Back when your first drink was in the yard glasses.. had a few of those and some other drinks and was sitting with Lalo at the end of the night when the manager brought over shots of jaegar and a beer. Finished both those and was pretty drunk on the bus ride on the way back to the hotel. So to keep my stomach where it was supposed to be I looked outside at the hedge in the middle of the road... if I could just keep that hedge in focus and level I'd be ok... keep focused... at one stop light Chris looked at me and said I looked a little green.. I told her what I was doing and although I was focusing hard, the flat hedge down the center of the road kept looking like is was a continuous wave and try as I might I couldn't keep it flat... she looked at me and said, that because it's a continuous wave you dummy! In my drunken state I was trying to flatten out a rolling wave.... I wonder if those waves on the walls will freak me out if I get drunk there?

The front facade is starting!!

I think that is the end of the left side. As you can see the wavy part to the left. The front won't have any wavy part. The ends of the sides away from the water don't have openings.

But right I am sure they will make their way around the end to the front. The front had all sorts of open spots 2 weeks ago.

 

I don't see any wavy spots to the left. It looks like that's the ramp and entrance.

I do see the shiny blue/purple/pink mosaic tile starting.

 

Looks like they are motoring now!! 1 month to go!
