    I'm as interested in the progress as everyone else here, especially while I am in the UK and can't see for myself. Trying to find a balance between this thread remaining a useful resource while at the same time not falling foul of what was requested of me.

    But you can also see there are a lot more finished concrete areas than there were a week ago :) Doesn't take long to finish that up.

    Which would be 2pm Cancun time. My guess is he posted it soon after he took it, judging by the shadow. Most of the boats are out so it's definitely before 4:30.

    They need to build it out a little further so the Boobs Cruise could just dock there when returning, this would be a easier walk/stumble to TTR bars and sexy pool to keep the party going.

    You know what, you are right :) I just compared to my pics from a week ago and that section of concrete between the pool and the new deck wasn't finished and that white. They clearly put a coating on it and filled in the holes and smoothed it out. And that is what they are now working on in the lower left part of the picture making their way around the pool. Good to see they have moved from working on the guts to actually finishing the concrete around the pool area!!

    Yep they are finishing it up now. We are building a house at the moment, you always save the final finishing details for last.

    Don't want someone dropping a lump of cement that has to be chipped off or a hammer on the new floor you just installed. Always save the best things for last.

    Yeah I saw that a week or 2 ago on Instagram...definitely needed as it's always been a bit of an eyesore.

    Yea that concrete finish work is super easy for any professional. My grandfather was an Italian bricklayer and the speed in which I witnessed a 70 year old dude do remodeling brick and concrete work was astonishing. Also, I have seen a crew lay out a massive stamped concrete driveway at SAP headquarters in a less then a day when I worked there 100 years ago. That finish work would be the least of my concerns. Lets just hope there is some stuff stuff going on inside the building, cause we have the least amount of progress pictures of all that.

    The thing Elyse and I were talking about last night was that we hoped the deck surface around the pool is something different then it was before. I just felt like that stuff was way more slippery than at other places I have vacationed...but again my legs probably work way better at other places.

    Touching on what Headstone said above...the black snake. I never knew it had a nickname, haha. What was that thing btw? I am assuming it was something to control the water current. I also noticed they were building a pier over it. Hopefully it can be visited to just chill outside at night and have a scenic "smoke".
