First timer here.... so we are pretty adventurous and would like to do some excursions as well as party time at the resort. Should we book these in advance or should we wait and then see if there are others that are doing excursions and join in.
We've done it both ways in the past. You can get deals either way but the issue we've had booking ahead is sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or we miss the opportunity to do something else fun if we lock into a date for an excursion too far ahead of time. We haven't been on many excursions in the last few years as we did most of the popular ones our first couple of trips down.

Little change to the dates am still 19th to the 3rd on the TC Manchester flight the other 4 from Glasgow are 20th to 27th roll those great TTR nights
