I "think" the problem with the c/o area is the signle guys they apparently still wish to target as a market. This is a maybe, as there are other potential concerns for TTR. Persnally, since I've been able to get Stacia to wear the crotchless, open string bottom the past couple -three TTR trips... which ends up being even MORE pervy that way than just fully-nude, I'm OK with it staying the way it is. [ INSERT PERVY, HUFFING, RED ANGST FACE HERE ] I would like to have an openly-available place to go play during the day, in the sun, though. I know we can go to a balcony, but there is still that policy about openly displayed playtime getting you evicted/removed, so best be careful. I'm also a fan of the Jacuzzi room's porches during the day, we've done that, but it's not the same as the Yacht. But... I get to go ont he Yacht for our debauched fun, so I'm good. And, if you really want the just sex in public, naked all the time thing for a bit, just hit DRM or Pearl for 3 days prior to coming to TTR. It loosens up the spirit, contributes to good flashy clothing at TTR since naked IS more revealing, and gives the best of both worlds.
The nudity rules are a bit strange with TTR. It seems ok for naked volleyball when there are a lot of people around...but not to skinny dip at 2 or 3AM. The security at times are a bit over the top
I guess when they can control the nudity with the times and locations of the games they run themselves, the resort can bed the nudity laws of the hotel zone a little bit more. But when you allow unsanctioned skinny-dipping, you open yourself up to many more people doing it and things getting out of control more then just a simple bending of the nudity law.

I love Desire, but I get how some folks just don't dig it. *shrug* Some just want to party-party-party! No naked time required. For us, naked-time is going to show up while partying, so we're in for that. But, it's just not an everyone thing. Problem with making an area nude-friendly, or clothing-optional (and don't get me wrong, I am a fan) is that it is kind of an all or nothing thing, and there's no middle ground. If someone's naked, they're naked, and everyone else's perceptions have to deal with it.
