TBT is my least fav. mainly because it seems I am going to have to put way to much effort in to this. If i decide to do a last second trip, which we do, then I need easy themes and the rest of them are great.
Stacia came up with a TTR theme night outfit which kills it, no matter what the "Theme" is. She said to me, "I don't understand why you guys just don't have a Pasties & Heels Night and be done." Idea obviously spawned by friend Kay's famous Patyo's dance outfit, of Converse Chucks, booty shorts and pasties and dance the night away. It's just that Stacia's feet hurt in the Converse Chucks, so she goes with the platform stripper heels, which don't, for some reason I do not understand though I am not complaining. I think that she's agenius. What's not to like about Pasties & Heels? I felt stupid.
In all honesty every single theme could be made into lingerie or pastie and heels. Mex fest -- red pasties, green thong and white shoes white night --- white pasties Heaven and Hell--- red or white pasties and a halo or devil horns. All the themes except the TBT how do you do TBT pasties? Mustard and avocado colored pasties for the 70s. Just saying, if you cant make it into lingerie or pasties is it worth it?
I really don't mind any of them too much. I think the TBT Temptation theme is too broad. It could include too many eras, but each would require some sort of costume. Each group could turn it into something more specific to suit the group coming at that time. Take it WAY back to the caveman days.....men in loin cloths!!! That wouldn't take up too much luggage space. Many of you are not liking the Mex Fest, but it is actually the easiest to prepare for. It's a color theme. Where anything you like in honor of the colors of the Mexico flag. I think the Mexico culture is fabulous and the party surrounding this night will probably be the one that the resort puts more effort into. It is a celebration of their culture that we all enjoy. Bedroom Bash could be fun. Turn it into sexy bedroom costumes. It could easily be anything! Hugh Hefner and Playboy bunnies, Super Heroes, sports theme, naughty schoolgirls.....believe it or not, there are a lot of sexy pajamas to be worn if you shop in the right places. XOXOXOX Dawn
We're with that! How about this... the very First New-TTR CCC themey-thing, if you will. On the Mex-Fest Night and/or the TBT Night, the CCC ladies do the Pasties & Heels thing. Screw mustard and avocado... that was funny...
Way to go, Dawn! You totally rotated my thinking.... I can get in line with that. I AM a fan of a red thong and green pasties on Mex-Fest night though, just sayin'... That being said... Bedroom Bash is the most easily accessible with small cloths for both boyeses and girleses.
For a guy, it seems like boxer shorts in theme colors is pretty much par for the course. September will be my first visit. Am I far off in my assertion?
Definitely TBT and MexFest, Bedtime Bash is a close third but mainly because we think it´s not presented well. Who want to see loose PJ´s there, but there are quite a few sexy pajamas out there so if we pick the right ones it could be a very fun theme.
