    Does anyone know the order of the room renovations? Is it going from the "trendy" rooms to the upgraded suites or vice versa? I reserved a Lush Tower Oceanfront Suite for September, and I would hate for that to be one of the unfinished areas.

    The new rooms are... (in order of lowest price to highest)

    Bash tower oceanview
    Lush tower oceanfront suite (we have one of these booked for opening night so will let you know what it is like before your September trip)
    master suite
    Penthouse

    The renovated rooms are (in order of lowest price to highest)
    Trendy (not sure if there are two types of trendy, 1 oceanfront and 1 oceanview)
    Plush jacuzzi suite
    Temptation oceanfront suite

    We are going to be in Akumal 1 hour+ south in two weeks. With family including mother and brother and kids. We are flying into Cancun of course though and I keep thinking how am I going to get away with stopping at Temptation for some pics without Mom and brother asking questions? I thought I would even bribe someone to let me into the resort to take some pics. Is there a place where I can take everyone to lunch near by after landing and say I have always wanted to try this place for lunch and then sneak away and take some pics ha.

    There the pirate ship place right down the road by the water taxi. I'm sure there is something around there you could stop for food.

    Photo extravaganza coming up in a couple of hours. Need to get home, resize pics and put our logo on. Have some great shots including a new feature that I don't think has been discussed or seen before.
