The black text you see in Reply #82 is actually the Theme Nights promoted by the resort.

Those of us that typically visit TTR in mid October are not as over the top as some other groups throughout the year. We try to abide by the resort's theme as much as possible, but inject our own 'spin' to make it a little more fun! It's just a lot more fun if everyone is on a similar page.

In the past, the resorts themes were more generic which made it easier to play with them. Now they have taken a few pages from our playbook and made theirs more specific. We are working hard to come up with a plan, but it will take a little more effort.

I have been in contact with the resort and they have been good with the ideas I have bounced off them so far. I think we can have a solid plan laid out in a week or so, but there will likely be some minor tweaking until the end.

Welcome aboard! There will be some great accompanying you during your travel dates!

    Joe and Lucinda

PS. Do I see that you are a Cowboy fan? I know some that will love to talk to you if that is so!

Hey there. Bernadette and Ed will be there from 10/13 - 10/19. This'll be our sixth trip, but first in October. We're also starting to look at theme nights. Ed (me) is also a Cowboys fan!

Ok so I think we have PJ night down - super hero week 1, sports theme week 2 - T-shirt and panties/briefs?
    MexFest is red/white/green sheer night?

Seems like glow, white, heaven/hell, lingerie are kind of straight forward unless anyone has an idea for a twist on those.

Otherwise - any ideas for a twist on TBT night? Shelly suggested maybe movie theme where we do characters from an iconic movie of your choice from any decade in the past...Roaring 20's was suggested...Any other ideas for TBT? We could do Roaring 20's week one, Movie week 2. Any other ideas?

I agree with all your thoughts, although I know we have a good sized fan club for Roaring 20's during week 2.
Coming up with a TBT idea for week 1 may be all we need to seal the deal on a basic line-up.
I was thinking about a 60's/70's, Woodstock era, rock n'roll, hippies, go-go girls kind of thing? Gals in sexy jean shorts, head bands, vinyl mini skirts, go-go boots, tube tops, tie up blouses, fringed vests, etc.
Thoughts? The more ideas/opinions the better.

I also think that school girls intermingled with angels/devils, a priest or 2 and perhaps a Pope could be a lot of fun!

You know "Sin, Seduction & Debauchery".......Good meets evil.......and they throw a party!

Week 1 also had a few interested in a Mardi Gras Theme for lingerie Night.

Neon/Glow/Rave Night will be "business as usual".......as we all have it down pat!

Hey all you sexy people, I wanted to throw this out there. Does anyone have an interest in doing a pink out day at the pool to support breast cancer for October? Also, celebrate Mexico all day and wear red, green or white at the pool on Mex fest day
I'll have to get Joe to post pics of pink out that we have done before.
If you have some ideas please post them.

See all you awesome people soon,
    Lucinda

You can count us in for both of those, we're there the 6th-13th, so if you're planning it for anytime in there let me know.

We are down for that - sounds fun. We are there week two - 14-21 - so if we do it that week we'd be down. Would love to see past pics of it too for ideas like you said. I like the idea of doing a theme for the day in the pool in addition to the night themes. And pink for breast cancer is a no-brainer!
