Chinos and Sarah wont be going back, but will still work on the Boobs Cruise. They both left way before the hotel closed. JJ is still with the company at Desire at the moment so there's a good chance he will go back. Manuel isn't really Ents staff he's the watersports guy but does help out with Ents sometimes. Not sure what he's doing at the moment. Don't know who Giovanni or Michael are.

Theme nights are supposedly being announced tomorrow (Monday 15th May).

Unless JJ has gone back to Desire recently, I was told he was working for the Pirate Ship dinner cruises. He was not working at DRM in early March when we were there.

Alright ladies and gents, just got back from 8 days in Cancun. And I can tell you 100%, from my vast construction experience, the official word is the hotel is actually already done, and it's awesome! All these construction photos are just a smokescreen to build media attention, generate interest and gain publicity (just like a celebrity sex tape). I'm pretty much going down there on July 15th to spend the next 30 days having sex in every tower room, old room, and shady corner I can find; so I can have a leg up on all you perverts.

Obviously kidding, but I was just there and did see the resort a couple of times up close (a few drive-bys, and once departing/returning from the Boobs Cruise...the return not so much ;) ) I am not in construction, contractor, builder, or anything of the sort, and I stayed mostly away from speculation and/or giving definitive opinions on the topic, and this post still holds true to that. Also, I agree with the logical points that Steve makes regarding this topic, which seem very hard to disagree with if you use that mushy thing inside your skull. I can however tell you a few things for sure:

    1. They are crazy working - there is a serious amount of work happening involving many moving parts. This is not the typical construction you see on the side of the road or in a new neighborhood. There were people EVERYWHERE simultaneously doing stuff, working in all areas, work trucks steadily in and out, delivery trucks also in and out...the works. Now I know this might seem obvious for a construction site, but this just seemed far beyond the norm. And it was WAY beyond what I noticed at other construction sites in Cancun, that figuratively looked like they had skeleton crews working at a snail’s pace.

    2. The structure is impressive - Literally running late for the booze cruise (as always) as soon as stopped, gave some hugs, paid my single creeper admission and had a second to look up, I was like DAMN that thing is huge. The pictures do it no justice when you standing right there at a place you have stood many times before and you are just like wow this is going to be fucking awesome.

    3. They are working day and night - We were out and about at 6pm, and back past at 11pm, there was no difference in the way it looked with the activities out the front. Still workers working, trucks moving, and spotlights on.

Not really much more I can say then that, as I am no construction expert, but if you remember I said before that Elyse previously was an architect and now does more building products engineering, her professional opinion was "Holy shit, would you look at that mother!"

I'm probably not up to date on JJ so you're almost certainly right. Never really liked the guy much after he was partly responsible for Sara being fired and took little interest in his whereabouts.

I have only been there once, and I would agree. He never smiled the whole time we were there, and just wasn't an entertaining, entertainment guy, in my opinion.
