Booked through Cancuncare link. Scheduled pick up from the airport to the resort, resort to resort transfer, and final departure to the airport. EXCELLENT service, prompt, friendly and very economical private shuttle. We've used USA Transfers in the past and highly recommend!
Agree. Been going to TTR for 12 years. The first couple were with a cab or another transfer service. Once we started using USA Transfers, will never look anywhere else.
Just curious, what's the difference between USA Transfers and other (licenced) taxi firms? I've used USA many times before. Have always been easy to find outside the airport, nice drivers etc. Waiting times varied a lot. Sometimes 10 minutes, worst was about 40 minutes and I've no idea why. The airport was really empty that time, but maybe they'd had a rush of people just before we arrived or something. Anyone used any of the other firms out there? What's the difference?
We are solid on USA Transfers...if anything they are waiting for us to finish a post landing smoke and beer. Only used / booked transfer with another company once on our first trip not knowing any better...took over an hour to get too TTR after waiting almost an hour to get on the van...mind you we did have several expensive beers while waiting, lol. USA Transfers rules!
1. They are reliable. Always know where to find the guy with the clipboard and they always pick you up for your return trip to the airport on time and have patience when you are running a little behind. 2. Friendly. Drivers are always courteous and try to engage you in convo if you are interested. 3. No stops at other resorts. No surprise other people in the van. I know many advertise this but don't want to risk it with someone else when I know our 10 plus trips with USA have been as advertised. 4. No surprise fees or add ons. The price quoted has always been the price. 5. Steve gets a small kick back which helps support this site. Even when we are not going to temptations we go to cancuncare and link to USA Transfers from here.
We used another service before, but it wasn't private and it had several stops before we got to TTR extending travel time. USA is polite, reliable, and private for about the same price. We are sold on USA Transfers.
Temptation is at the end of the strip so chances are that you will be the last ones off if you go with others. I once asked the driver to wait while I got a beer at the airport. He said, hop in, I will take you to the mini mart by the gas station where you can get a 6 pack for the price of 1 airport beer.
Used them on our last two visits, will never use anyone else again even though we can have free coach travel!
