Didn't the old TTR have one that nobody ever used on top of the bathrooms? At least this one I assume will get regular use. A hot tub overlooking the ocean would be great. That was one of the best parts of the GP.

 

Not that it's a big deal but after reviewing the large scale photo, it appears that the old cigar bar is getting a roof on it. That was always one of our favorite quite spots to go and take pictures! Hopefully they will do something terrific with it

 

Check out the 2 Min mark on that video. Looks like they doubled the size of the Asian restaurant.

 

I think you are right Kyle, from the renderings and that foundation, that would be a big hot tub overlooking the sexy pool.

Last year during our first visit we went through the membership sales pitch and they told us that was going to be the members only area so you hit the nail on the head there.

 

Ive been looking at a sat image from last year and the 1000 block has all new plumbing on the roof. Also it has had a complete outside paint job.

 

Can't get over how huge the new pool is. The old tex mex - is that still going to be a lunch restaurant? I have visions of my drunk ass lingering around that edge of the pool asking if anyone will grab me a plate of chips at 1 or 2pm.

On the will it / wont it be ready debate, I'm sure I made a post last year and said if they were water-tight by mid or end of May then they had a fighting chance. Looks like they're getting there by this point. Depends how long it takes for the windows to go in!

 

I'm with you girl, on the chips. Just add some guacamole and it's on!!! Hopefully Javonny will still be there. I know I destroyed the spelling of his name.
I'm sure I can get him to bring it out for us. Also, if that is a Jacuzzi, it looks to be about 20 feet deep!!!

 

I think that will just support the jacuzzi and be the electrical coming in.

And re it possibly being premier only, god I hope not. That would be cruel.
