Remember, this is Mexico... Decades of construction experience in the USA probably doesn't translate very well to high-rise construction in Mexico.

 

The way I look at it is like this... As long as we get to Cancun on Sept. 30, the pool is finished, the pool bar is finished, Steve has a Boobs Cruise going, and a restaurant or 2 is open, I won't be much concerned about my room. Hell we will sleep in someone else's room if we have too . We aren't picky people, as long as the shots are coming and our friends are there we will figure the rest out later!

That makes no sense, Once the top is on it's very difficult near impossible to add to it. They set up once at the desired height

 

Well for now I'll say you were right Steve, although I'm not as optimistic as everyone is. But hey i've been wrong once or twice as well lol

 

I watched a several buildings being built and the sections just under where the jib is were added as needed as the building grew. All of these cranes are built on the ground jib cab and counter weight and then sections are added for the height that is needed and when needed.
