Holy hell! We've got to get down to that sexy pool and toss a couple towels on chairs PRONTO!

 

We made reservation for 2-9 december. We hope it is in the final stages.

 

That pool is freaking huge! Hoping that means it'll be a lot easier to get a chair without reserving one at the crack of dawn. Can't wait to get back it's been too long.

 

It might make folks feel more confident if at the end of the video they said..."Coming August 2017!" instead of..."Coming Soon".

 

I just checked the TTR website and clicked on the customer support live chat window. I was told for the opening they are at about 45% occupancy. The representative said that all 428 rooms, including the tower will be ready for August 15.

as I understand the hotel will not be fully ready, so the 300+ rooms won't all be ready .... so there will be about 150 rooms occupied ?

according the information i have on august 15 we will open
with all ready, the total of rooms will be 428 rooms
and yes, they already finish the old part.

great news ..... I guess .... but I have heard that they are having a "soft opening" and possibly all rooms (the upper floors) won't be ready by August 15

Hmmm. Doesn't make you too confident re their answers when they turn the questioning around and start asking you what you know?

I think these are support people who really have no clue except what they are told to say which is obviously what is best for getting people booked and not necessarily reality. I am still on the side of the soft opening August 15th happening.

 

It will happen, I'm betting with maybe 2/3 of the rooms in some type of usable status.

 

20 weeks to go until anticipated doors open. Anyone going down soon can take more recent pics? Wondering if they've got another floor finished by now.
