Checking work schedules and availability for a group of 6, including us, Cortus and another TTR vet cpl not on CCC that I know of.

I'm sure there's still hotel rooms available, but are there room, meaning space available, for party barge passes? We'd probably drive to the Hollow and swim out to the barge as stated above, I'm thinking.

There are hotel rooms still available and barge passes too!! You can reserve your rooms in the hotel block for $109 each night. The link is at www.BBBevent.com. The link does not work right from a mobile phone, only from a PC.
To purchase the barge pass, email chris@chrisvee.com because you can't purchase the pass online. He will be away for the next week and will answer emails in the order that he

FYI to everyone, the Hotel Block is already sold out. Shoot. They still have room availability, but the rate is $159/night.

But, not being Fun-Haters, we're in for Friday & Saturday night and have our barge party passes paid via Chris.

 

Update!! Some recent news.....the room block at Crowne Plaza is completely booked. The hotel also is reporting that they are completely booked throughout the hotel. There might be some rooms through 3rd party booking agents, and there might be some cancellations in the future, so keep checking!!
There are a few VIP packages left that includes a room on the 5th floor!! If interested, please email ASAP to chris@chrisvee.com. The cost is $600.
Also, there is a hotel that shares a parking lot with Crowne Plaza. Chris is working with them to get another room block.
If you have requested an invoice to pay for a barge ride pass or barge party pass, PLEASE PAY THIS WEEK!! We already have a waiting list for these spots, and if payment isn't received, your spots will be given away!!! Please DON'T procrastinate!! This is just the end of March, and this is turning out to be a very very popular event this year!! ❌❤❌❤❌❤
