hello everyone. I have been to temptations 5 times and I love it. I go as a single guy but it's so much fun just to meet everyone who is there. The people make it the best part. But with that being said I am to be going August 15-23. I have seen some post stating a soft open. What would this mean. Please help.
We are gonna take the risk. Booked for just a 3 nights "quickie" aug 15th to 18th. Soft openning maybe means that resort will not be full finished on aug 15th and maybe some construction workers will get free sexy topless show from guests LOL
Lol thanks for you reply. I hope everything is up and running I would like to experience everything at the opening not just some of the stuff but anyway the good news is temptstions will be open again
The soft opening means that most likely some of the resort will not be finished or up to the standards of the completed resort. It's a way for the resort to be open and work out any "issues" that might be happening and it keeps them from having to deal with irate customers because they can point out that it was a "soft opening" . Fortunately for us, Original Resorts has been in business for many years and TTR has been around for many years so they should be able to jump right back. I'm sure they lost some of there excellent workers, so getting new people trained, making sure they don't run out of certain types of Alcohol, food, towels, sheets, hot water, power, those things we take for granted. Also, No one is expecting the entire resort to be open. I just don't see them having ALL rooms finished. So expect some of the upper floors to still be having work done in them. We tried to book the Penthouse Suite for my husbands birthday, Aug.20, and were told that it wasn't available and probably wouldn't be until early Oct. I asked if it was booked up until then or if it wasn't expected to be finished until then. I didn't get a direct answer but sounded like not finished until then. xoxo Angie
Thank Angie. I'm ok with not all rooms being done but all the fun stuff is why I'm there so the restaurants and such. As for food and drinks and such I just had gastric sleeve surgery so I won't be able to eat much so food is whatever as well. I just what the atmosphere and to explore the new and try it out. It has big shoes to fill.
I think we'll all be OK. I'm pretty sure all of the restaurants will be open and the new BASH nightclub. All I need is a POOL, BUFFET & a Nightclub and I'm good. Oh, and of course a room to rest and change in. LOL
The only thing I would add to this list is as many as possible bars open and boobs cruises with Chinos. T
So a soft opening has nothing to do with them having extra erection inspectors all over the place Looking for over stimulated single guys ? Who knew .....
