I've been doing construction all my life and in my opinion no way that's ready by August. They're at least 10-12 months away!!!

 

I have to agree with you. I have been doing buildings such as Temptation for over 15 years and at this speed I think your 10-12 month timeline is right on. Just for reference when you erect a tower crane the arm has a hook that will be maxxed out at the top of the building. The hook is usually 10-15 ft. from the arm of the crane. This means they have a long way to go up. Also the higher you go the slower the progress .

I think the goal of the resort is to have the tower erected, and the lower levels finished out like the lobby, restaurants, night club. Have all of the existing rooms finished out and get open to start up the revenue flow again. I think the consensus is that they will be finishing out the new rooms through the rest of the year floor by floor. Hopefully the topless women around the pool doesn't slow progress down to much! LOL

 

We posted the pictures from 6 weeks ago and they have finished the second floor and are starting the third. But I agree that the progress does appear to be sloooooooowwwwwwww!

 

Looks like they are going bare back or free balling...and Yes I have my IHS working at heights certification, lol.
