We are looking to to make our first trip to Temptation and I've read that it was best to meet people on the forums so here we are. We likely won't go until 2018 but who knows. We joined the site a couple years ago and made our first pilgrimage to TTR 6 yrs ago and were hooked immediately First we tried May and it was a great group of people then we tried April and made friends for a lifetime ever since it has been a yearly trip now it's becoming 2 trips a year April and Halloween. If you like to have a great time and attend a frat party for adults then this is the place for you guys. If you are more of the sit back watch and relax this is the place for you. If your prudish and judgemental this is NOT the place for you. Your vacation is what you make it. If you go you will make friends for a lifetime a start a addiction that you can't get enough of. Welcome to the forum and TTR We have been going since 07 and have met/made life long friends. You can be as involved as you want in a non judgemental environment...jump in with both feet on daytime activities and theme nights or sit back and take it all in. Either way you will have the time of your life and personally I recommend the former Do not forget about the Boobs Cruise when you do go. That is a "must" experience in my books. We prefer mid / late May but have been late April / early May, late August / early September and late November and have had an awesome time regardless of when we went. I think if you want to give TTR a try, going during the soft opening would be a good option to get your feet wet...cheaper prices and you will meet a mix of a lot of us addicts. You are right about the forum being a great way to meet people before you go. We didn't know about the forum before our first trip and felt a little lost for a couple of days but everyone was friendly and accepting of others (us) walking up and starting a conversation The next trip after joining the forum we "knew" people before we went.
Thank you for the response. May 2018 was kind of what we were aiming for as one of us is turning 40. However we may want to go sooner. Is this soft opening in September/October?

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, what it would be like to be 40 again, lol. Soft opening is 15 August 2017. As much as I wish we could do the grand reopening I'd give it a week or two to see how things go for things to get up to speed. A lot of awesome people are going in August, September and October...same for November too. Really can't go wrong there and you get some better prices. Not sure if we can do the soft opening period this year (work, lousy CDN $ etc) but looking forward to May 18.
I somewhat agree with the being 40 again except for having to work all those years again. I like to look at us as being 40 with several years more experience. T
