The first 2 floors are a lot bigger footprint then the tower,, I think things will speed up when they hit 3+ floors and up.

cement slabs go in fast , its the finishing thats time consuming


A 50/50 pool thing for opening day would be fun ,, with proceeds going to Chino,s kids

Very glad to hear there is a second part not really in this picture. I also looked at this picture thinking that is wasn't very large compared to what I am seeing in the concept drawings. It will be nice when it is a little further along to see more of an aerial view. I think that will help actually getting a better understand how large the footprint for the building and the pool are.

 

Well all you beautiful fun friends, just got a disturbing e-mail today from Temptations. It offered us to take advantage of the soft opening sale from late August to October for an amazing 45% off regular price. Wife was excited and clicked on the great deal. The discounted rate for the cheapest room(garden view) was $623 dollars a night per couple. Are they kidding! How can anyone afford those rates. Not the regular hard working people that we know. That means that after the sale it goes up to regular price which must be in the area of $1100 a night without the discount for garden view which is the cheapest room. I guess the resort will be pretty empty especially after october. We of course will not be going, most likely ever again. We are so sad, we went last september and have a blast at the resort with all the wonderful people and went on 2 Boobs cruises.

 

prices are around the 220 to 260 mark, ( soft ) , don't know where you get that email from

Harleycpl..I got the same email.. It's showing the rack rates and if anyone wants to buy at that price they sure as hell aren't going to turn them down.

However, as Donald points out, lots of options for cheaper prices for the same rooms...
