Anyone going to be at Sens for Spring break this year? We've been before, but it was during the down season and we were left disappointed by how tame the resort was. We're not quite sure what to expect this time. Will it be all 20-something college kids? Or will they be mostly at the other resorts?

We've talked to the concierge there and she says there isn't really theme nights sponsored by them, so I'm curious if the theme nights being reported here are just ones hosted by the guests? We want to be prepared this time for everything, so any info would be appreciated.

The Spring Breakers will most likely be at the other Oasis hotels, Oasis Cancun and the adjacent Oasis Grand which gear themselves towards SB. Those two hotels are 'Spring Break Central' and always have been.

I think Oasis Sens will avoid SB'ers for the most part, although the Oasis chain does seem to have a habit of overbooking and moving people to other resorts that have capacity.

Welcome to Cancuncare, by the way :)

We are going to Sens during Spring break time. First time there. Terrified they'll be overbooked. Ugh.

I called and talked to Sens and specifically asked about the overbooking. I know that was an issue a couple of years ago, but they assured me it wouldn't be an issue. When we were there last time, they were in the process of adding the new floor on top of the building. I know it's fully booked, so it should be interesting.

We are there March 6-12. Looks like a lot of colleges across the US are on break that week. Hoping for a party crowd!!!
