Demolition Progress And Renovation Progress. Reports, Pics And Videos

We're headed back down for a trip to Playa Del Carmen for a week March 7th-14th. No trips planned before then. We were going to move to Playa for a year or so this past January but decided to move to Fort Lauderdale instead. Headed down to Florida this summer. Needed a change from our current surroundings. We can fly super cheap from Ft L. to Cancun.

 

Had a lot of fun all over that resort! :-(

 

Looking forward to returning in October 2017

 

We've only been in the ocean at TTR twice. Not big fans of getting wrapped up in massive amounts of seaweed. hahaha
Kinda sorta glad its not a "pristine" beach. Price would most likely be outrageous for sure.

 

Hi Steve, the update is great but still trying to find my way around it! I will get there soon!

 

Hoping to be down for a week 8/16-8/23 (or possibly a few days later), but I'm still worried about it being finished enough in time. I hope that regardless if it is complete or "just about" complete, that some of our friends go the same time we do!
I guess we will be waiting at least another month or so before we actually book to feel a little more confident that the hotel will be ready in time.

 

We are there in October too (First two weeks). We think most of the work will be completed too.
