Well, we were going to try out Hedo in May but our group was largely a no show so we are looking to book DRM, our first stay other than on a day pass, for 5/1/17-5/6/17 and we are trying to find out the difference between a Deluxe Garden Room and a Superior Garden Room. Can anyone help us out on this?
The SGV rooms are all ground floor rooms in the small 4 room buildings - they have a somewhat larger interior space than the DGV rooms - other than that all SGV & DGV rooms have the same amenities. The only downside is that none of the SGV rooms have an outside patio sitting area whereas all the DGV rooms all have either an an outside patio sitting area or shared balcony
Also, having the balcony is a great advantage as you can open up the doors in morning and let in some light as many of the garden view rooms tend to be rather dark. The balcony also gives you somewhere to hang out when it rains and also makes a nice little party venue and dance floor to spend some quality time with your new found friends from the pool/hot tub. Allegedly. LMAO.
Does anybody know about the deluxe ocean room? Can't tell if it has a balcony. Pictures on website aren't great. Thanks!
When we stayed there we had the room right by the stairs to the roof top hot tub so we could see who was headed up there and they got a good look at what we were up to also if you know what I mean
The above is accurate G&B, as far as I've been able to figure out in our trips x3 there. We're exercising our membership perq and getting a Passion Suite this next time, so we can have our own private hot tub plung pool thing complete with picture time in March. Sure you don't want to reschedule for March? We'll be back in April, longer trip.
Is the passion suite worth the $?? The only options for booking were SGV or Passion Suite at 2x the price
Actually SGV was 30 dollars more per night for us. We are non members, however many stays at Pearl and RM.
