I took a few pictures of the beach as well. they've spread the sand out a bit but they have a LONG WAY to getting that beach to a 4.5-5 star beach.
I agree on the time frame though. They'll be open by August 15th. They may not have the upper floors ready, but the resort will be open.

 

Progress looks great!

 

Nice to see them out of the ground and forming the second floor as well as the new sexy pool!
Can't wait to see more.

 

They have added sand before,, will never be 4 or 5 star water,, beach is nice , but weeds start at waist depth , and 2 marinas on each side .

but no one complains about the beach . The sand may be what the they
excavated ?? why would they bring sand this early ??

 

Could be from digging. But I figured they would bring materials requiring trucks to the pool and beach area while they still have access through the front.

Why... yes, Tyler. Yes, indeed. Such would work wonders in my concept of the progress being made at TTR. So, if you don't mind.....

Let's see. What do we REALLY need for the TTR party.

A. A completed, functional and operational (meaning the swim-up bar is up & running) Sexy Pool. Looks like we'll have that.

B. Bar service.

C. Food.

D. Completed reno and/or new construction on guest rooms.

E. The "Bash" party place completed, functional & operational (meaning in this case that when someone goes to the bar and orders 40 Wet Pussy shots, the bartender just nods and starts mixing and stacking).

There you go. Just add appropriate music everywhere, reinstitute the rul against any panties after 8:00 p.m. anywhere on the resort, further reinstitute the rule that every hour on the hour every person must meet the quota of at least One shot, drink, or full measure of beer and/or wine, and we're in business.

Oh, and Pitbull. Got to have Pitbull. Otherwise it wouldn't be TTR.
