Ok, now that we've told about our great luck with AlphaRooms their site appears to be down. Bad timing. We are trying to book end of September / Early October. Anybody else having the same issue with their site?
last april we were able to go into prototype rooms they built they looked great!!! the reno of existing rooms will be great i am sure!!!!:cheerleaders:

I think that is a great price all things considered. Last May a referral rate was $211 / night for a garden view room and as I mentioned previously our member rate for the soft opening is about $195 (or so we were told *grain of salt there*). In our case that is for an ocean view room which equates to as long as you can see water no matter how little it is considered ocean view, lol.
