WOW!! This is some great information, and maybe your contact is correct; that after May 1, all FM3 holders after 5 years will be required to apply for the FM2. But I see the point that why should this be a rule if you are not going after citizenship. I hope somebody is wrong, and the rules are written just the way WE want them to be..LOL...NO LIMITATIONS on FM3 and on FMM's!!!!!!! I would contact Mauricio, but I have gone to him a million times already with questions and have yet to seek his services. So I feel my free advice is suspended until services are rendered.
