    Stacia said she saw something on Facebook about DRM being sold, too.

    Personally, I think that stuff is disinformation by people who don't know really what's up. As stated above, I can't conceive of someone who is going to drop the capital necessary to buy TTR... when it's right back into an unproven-concept state. Before the reno, maybe. Certainly actually, if the price was right in both directions. Business of large size get bought and sold all the time, but those high-end investment capital guys are dispassionate (i.e. they wouldn't "get" TTR, lol!).

    As for puics, we're going to be down at the Westin-Cancun for 4 nights at end-February 2017, then skip (I'm literally going to try to skip the whole way, or at least part of it) to DRM for 3 nights. We'll try to go by and see what can be seen.

    As I mentioned a while back, there was some restructuring at the top level about a year ago. It's still owned by the same family except responsibilities were changed around a little. The guy ultimately in charge of Temptation is currently Rodrigo and he bought in a friend of his as one of his deputies. His sister Paty who was previously in charge of the hotel moved to more of an overseeing role for the whole company.

    Caught a quick glimpse from a distance yesterday, there's not a huge deal to see. Just leveled and compacted ground. Interestingly it was a Sunday and there didn't seem to be any work going on, but I may have missed it with my fleeting peek.

    I did hear that they are 2 weeks ahead of schedule (i.e they are at the point after 5 weeks they expected to be after 7). The weather has been good for the time of year which may have something to do with it. Also that permits have been granted for floodlighting to be erected to allow 24hr working.

    I honestly don't know what to do in april 2017 I have been going to blue bay temp for so many yrs in april I feel lke I have lost a friend I honestly cannot get excited about Cancun in 2017 two people outside of the resort the guy at embarcco next to our resort with the bad back we book isla like 5 times we are theire and also the manager at senor frogs who we have got to know personally beside every long time employee at temptations. Look I even call it Our resort and it is a big world. Love you all at Temptations I am so ? xooxoxoxoxxo Anna

    We were told last weekend that nom"NEW" construction has begun. Demo seems to have been completed 3-4 weeks ago.........but noting new vertical. Still hearing resort is or has changed hands. Steve says that's RUBBISH. He likely has better information than I do..........but ......we're promised no new vertical construction so far. Maybe they are renovating rooms.

    I've got some air miles I need to burn......probably will fly down for a day or 2 after Thanksgiving.
