Breathless Rooms

Has anyone been to breathless cancun? If I book an Allure Room, will we not be able to access some of the pools or clubs at the resort? Is it worth paying the extra for an Xhale Room?

 

Which Breathless are you referring to?

 

Allure vs exhale

The exhale section is the quiet, southern section. You get a hot tub in the room (none in standard allure rooms) and can use the southern quiet pool and group hot tub. I believe there is also a private lounge for snacks and drinks. The restaurant in the exhale section is open to everyone for breakfast and lunch. It becomes the kibbah at night for exhale members only.

We were there in June and got an allure swim out/ocean front by the freestyle (or "north" or "topless") pool. Great we had a great time.

If you like quiet the exhale section would be good. That section was a lot like a Secrets resort. We liked the party section to let loose a bit so we were not interested in the exhale at all, even with the free upgrade they offered.

 

Thank you so much, that makes my choice easier. We are looking for adults party, fun atmosphere.

 

Is there more than one Breathless in the Cancun area?

There are actually no Breathless resorts in the Cancun Area.

The closest one to Cancun is located 25 minutes by car south of the Cancun airport(approx 45+ minutes from the Cancun Hotel zone) in the Riviera Maya near Puerto Morelos. The only other one in Mexico is located on the west coast in Los Cabos.
FYI -There is also one located in the Dominican Republic

 

Mexico Breathless

Breathless RC is about ten miles south of the Cancun airport, two or three miles north of Puerto Morales. It is on right beside (south side) of Desires. Two more Breathless Resorts are being built in the Playa Del Carmen area but wont be done until 2018ish.

 

Can anyone tell me what kind of light beer they have at Breathless Riviera Cancun?

 

Wish I could help .... but not a beer drinker. There wa some corona in fridge and saw people drinking US beers in cans around the pool.
