Demolition Progress And Renovation Progress. Reports, Pics And Videos

I love the way all the pictures show about a dozen chairs around the pool. Obviously the artist has never tried to get a chair before, LOL

 

Hopefully they go through the mechanicals and update them, that's the biggest issue with these older remaining rooms. On the outside its looks like a paint job, some new windows and doors.

I got a brief tour of 3101 from the gentleman staying in the room the last week. The room was completely redone in the new style, including new bathroom and a new AC unit. It even had a modern, digital thermostat.

My understanding is that all the old rooms will be completely redone in the new theme and style.

I do agree to that the 3000 rooms look like they are staying based on the artist rendering. I guess we will know for sure soon enough.

310 days to go

Today is the 2 week mark that TTR has be going through it's makeover, lots of progress going on by the pictures that have been posted. There is only 310 days that's a little over 45 weeks to go until the party and fun reignites at everyone's favorite party place in Cancun.

Thanks for the update and new pictures Steve. It looks like my thinking about the Margaritas restaurant building seeing it is still standing maybe being reused for something may be true.

Hey whats the deal with those guys standing in front of Margaritas and the guys sitting on the bench in front of it? Don't they know we're in a hell of a hurry to get back there?
