So sorry guys. I agree with you that many of the government funded programs are administered terribly and make abdolutely no sense. I also agree that our POTUS candidates arguing over something that was said over 10 years ago is crazy when so many important things are going on. Hope everything gets better for you all soon. We remember you from our first TTR trip last year. Sorry to hear that you can't make this trip, sounds like you could use it. I won't even get into the political BS we are all in for. Bar and Restaurant Schedule We added photos of the Restaurant and Bar Schedule from our stay this past April. Back then Kinky bar did stay open until 2 am most nights, unless the crowd died away. I'm going to see if they will email me an updated schedule for October. Each restaurant was open most nights, we just had to plan ahead. Make reservations as soon as you can! I heard many people got shut out by not planning in advance. You'll see the Rs for Reservation next to where we ate: Benazuza - amazing multi-course meal - I think non-members have to pay something extra - but the experience is very unique Black Hole - a dining experience in the dark - food is good, but its all about the experience. Don't show up late to your reservation. They will not make an adjustment for you as it would interrupt the other dining groups. (Speaking from experience - we were 10 minutes late) Sakura - try eating while the sun is setting as the restaurant is on the 3rd floor looking over the west lagoon side of Cancun. Very uniquely prepared dishes - a lot of seafood. The Box - a small restaurant right off of the lobby. A fun experience, we had a great waiter who made our dessert with dry ice at the bar for us. Coba - buffet only for breakfast - it doesn't stand up to TTR breakfast buffet, but they do make omelettes and the fruit is good. Makitaco - wasn't a huge fan of several items - blend of Mexican and Japanese - the restaurant is a raised area off of the Coba buffet area and it can get HOT in there at times Schiallbar - a great gathering area, good drinks, good selection of food, Hippie Chick Grill - bar food, area is on the upper level of the pool area. Main area where folk eat during the day when at the pool. We never ate at the Mexican restaurant - ironic Bars - The Lobby Bar is a great early evening gathering area inside and has an outside deck overlooking the main pool area. Most night someone is playing the piano. Pool table. Kinky bar had really good entertainment most nights. We had a lot of fun dancing. It did get REALLY HOT at times. I hope they have worked on it and being a little later in the season would expect the temperature be a bit lower in general. If anyone is staying in a Sian Ka'an room or a VIP member, I would get most of my drinks at the VIP bar off of the lobby area. They have a pretty good selection of premium liquor - including my Jack Daniels and Summer's Absolute Vodka. We are really looking forward to partying with all you HnH'ers. It's the people that will make this trip great!
OK Guys and Gals, It's getting close and this forum is getting too quiet :musik026: Time to make some noise! Has anyone checked out the videos from that Facebook link that was posted. The place is gorgeous! Time to stop pondering if you made the right decision, it's Cancun, it's Halloween, it's a great group of party people :cheerleaders: No doubt there will be a great time had! My biggest concern is if we will have enough whipped cream for 10 days (good thing we got edible markers and lickable body spray) How many days will it be until you or your amazingly hot spouse will be next to naked in the pool? We are at 11 days. The last package has arrived, we will start the packing process next week. 17 days until we arrive at OASIS,7 more shifts to work.Our 1st time with HNH but so looking forward to experiencing this vacation.Packing started just have to tweek ABC costume.Can't find alcohol infused whip cream though.
