Who's going down the first re-open week? I put in a reservation the other day Aug 19th - 27. Ideally that is not when I would want to go (for a multitude of reasons), but it is kind of like my worst case scenario plan. It could come down to having to go then, or wait until summer 2018. Most of my people are pushing towards that last Sept or Octoberbreast week, I would much rather go then, but have to see how things shake out in the semi-distant future.
We were thinking about booking Aug 18th to the 23rd. Has anyone found out what they will do if everything is not finished or only partially finished?
I think they will still open if it is partially finished (that's why its a soft opening). If they are not at all ready to open, I would assume that they would do the same type thing as they offered to those of us who were booked for after the closure. They offered to switch us to a different hotel or rebook for different dates. Nikki
Yes that happened to us we were booked Dec 2016. They gave us 2 free nights when they reopen. We are already booked for Dec 2017 but thought we would try and go twice since the rates are cheap. It would just suck if they only had 2 places to eat and the entertainment cast wasn't all together.
We are booked 15th - 22nd August. We will shorten that somewhat closer the time to probably the first 3 or 4 days.
