Demolition Progress And Renovation Progress. Reports, Pics And Videos

    I'll start a new thread for the demolition and renovation Progress. I'll try to keep this up to date with new material. Please also post any pics you may find elsewhere.

    So far it's something like this:

    Sept 25th: Guests check out, removal of fixtures, equipment, fittings, salvageable metals underway from 7am
    Sept 26th: Removal of doors, windows, and other structures to leave a shell
    Sept 27th: Demolition starts with removal of front archway complete and into the lobby by end of day
    Sept 28th: Demolition continues, lobby is gone. They are up to Paty O Bar now.
    Sept 29th: Paty O Gone
    Sept 30th: Embarcadero gone. A huge empty path all the way to the sexy pool. Trees being dug out from the sexy pool area.
    Oct 1-4th: Demolition continues, sexy pool drained, more trees removed
    Oct 5th: Demolition pretty much complete, removal of huge amount of debris ongoing.

    All windows doors etc have been removed. Demolition of the 'shell' begins

    The video was probably taken between 4-5 pm today after my friend was done work. Lol I'm a technological failure when it comes to posting videos on here so Mark helped! Thanks amigo

    By seeing how fast they are doing the demo it makes their projected completion date actually seem plausible!
