The new patyo. Not sure but I recall bash or razz they were going to call it will be one the gulf side of the new building, ground level and open air. They will have an indoor fancier nice shoe type area. The new building will have areas specifically for members only. Eight new restaurants, etc... Of course a salesperson will tell you about anything. They quoted us $404 per night high season and $286 off season for non members. About $50 less for members. They wanted $8k. Might be doable if you could sell all of your Referrals, four per year at $250 each. Those are credits towards your daily fees. If you know enough people to use Referrals, it makes sense. If not it is a lot of money for a few benefits.
Obviously I could be completely wrong, but I got the impression that this floor essentially is like the new PatyOs. Dancing inside and outside, with access to those two bars on the sides right there.
wrong ,,, never,, lol having new patios face Ocean has its pro,s and con,s,, can get cool and windy during winter month s ,, refreshing during summer . Will take a nasty hit during tropical storms,, //hurricanes . we have retreated to Patio,s a number of times in the past during night time pool parties , to get out of the wind .

Hopefully it's actually far enough away that the jump would be impossible and no one would consider attempting it. This is something I am really hoping in the interest of self preservation. I am pretty confident in life that my last words are going to be "Hold my beer, I can definitely do that"
