Hey everybody! The Mrs. and I just booked our trip to TTR for Sept. 20th to 23rd. It's our first time and a quick trip but we are so excited to party hard and meet a lot of you seasoned vets. Any advice for us newbies about what to expect would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to meeting you all!
advice for newbies Ask for advice, and ye shall receive. I fired off a quick text message to CancunCareConfucious (we're tight like that, lol), and this is the wisdom he wanted to impart to you: 1) Leave expectations, inhibitions, and potentially bikini tops- at home. Come with an open mind. 2) Bring your own drink cup/mug with a lid. 3) Smile and say Hi to anyone you encounter. You never know how many new friends you'll make, as TTR is very sociable. 4) Find posting on p. 26 of this thread with theme nights during your stay. Procure costumes, apply creativity, and participate! 5) Book a Boobs Cruise on this website. There's one available during your visit on the 22nd. That one will host the self-proclaimed Wrecking Balls crew so it should be pretty lively! 6) Kill the staff members you interact with with kindness. It goes a long way. Lastly, write a review about your experience when you get back home to share with others.
I'll be there with a newbie friend from 9-14th! Only 10 days away, looking forward to saying goodbye to this great place! :lotsofmichaelfs:
