If you are copying from photobucket, click on the last (IMG) option of the four options on the right. This will copy to the clip board. Then past it into the thread. You won's see the pick until you save it.
This is the only I have figured it out. You have to upload the image in your album. Then when you are viewing the picture in your album you need to copy the picture URL. You then paste the URL in your post and then you need to type after it, ensuring that you do not have any spaces before or after the URL of the image.
