ROUGH DRAFT SCHEDULE FOR THE BIG WEEKEND IN NEW ORLEANS

Friday, September 9 7:00 pm CALEB & SCOTT'S "MEET AND MINGLE" in the Queen Anne Room - Floor 2 in the Hotel Monteleone

Saturday, September 10 11:00 am JIM, JACOB, TERRA & PARKER'S "PARADE THROUGH THE QUARTER" pre-parade meeting for pictures, socializing in the Royal Room at the Hotel Monteleone and then Rock Stars/Movie Stars Parade to follow ---- Then the pub crawl featuring the following partners 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Bourbon Heat (featuring some great food for all) then 2:00 pm - 3:00 p.m. Razoos followed by Bourbon Cowboy from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm and last but not least.....appropriately....the rock stars will sing karaoke with Chinos from 4:00 until only God knows at the Cat's Meow

Sunday, September 11 10:30 am on the roof of the Hotel Monteleone in the Riverview Room we will have NICOLE & TRACY'S "SUNDAY JAZZ BRUNCH" featuring the Joe Simonz Jazz Trio. We will also be granting some wishes at this special can't miss event

I hope that everyone is doing better on getting costumes together than we are, although the options for the gals are limitless.

Anyone driving from the STL area? I have a neon Wishes Wonders & WhoDats sign that we need to get to Nawlins for the Friday evening auction. Way too big to carry on, and I would rather not ship it.

 

Keep the Louisiana Make-A-Wish volunteers in your thoughts. Some of them live in areas that were affected by the recent flooding, and I know that one of the volunteers who is one of the keys to the event being so successful lives in the Baton Rouge area and has been displaced from their home.
