1) Just fill out the paperwork they give you on the flight and make sure not to loose what they hand back to you at the airport, very important for getting out of Mexico. 2) I can't tell you much about the "super shuttle" but I highly recommend USA Transfers, They were easy to find, quick to get us the party at Temptation and most important they were waiting for us at the front door of TTR when we went back to the airport to go home. 3) Unless you booked directly with Temptation I would check in using https://temptationresorts.com/cancun/express-check-in/ and if there is a issue call them at 1-877-485-8367. You just make sure you have all your documents ready, passport, travel documents (make copies just in case if you lose them) and they'll do their part at airport. We booked last year other company (don't remember the name) not the USA Transfers and was super convenient and fast. We booked them this year too. We didn't check in last year online at TTR. We put a paper clip in each passport to hold that little piece of paper that you do not want to lose.
