Well, I tried to call the resort this morning on their Toll Free US line (I have a company phone and they don't pay for international calling). AT 9 this morning it kept going to a voice mail of Original Resorts so I decided to try again at 11. I kept getting an error to call back later. So I called bookit.com and talked to an agent. I told the lady that I wanted to confirm the reservation with the resort but I can't get through to TTR and told her about Forrest&Stacy's issue. She put me on hold and called the resort herself, she didn't want the same issue to happen to me. She was able to confirm with TTR that I have a reservation, she told me the name of the person she spoke with at TTR but I don't remember the name. So in short, bookit.com agent called the resort and confirmed I have a reservation and I should have no issues when I arrive. I will be doing the express check in on TTR website 15 days before as someone suggested and may call again in a couple of weeks just for assurance. I am just ready for some fun.
