ok. a little reality check to all the 'no pressure' comments ...The main attraction of Temptation is the 'show us your tits and party' atmosphere. Sexualized partial nudity and sexy, slutty skimpy dress is what separates it from every other resort in Cancun...even the ones which allow toplessness. The TTR difference is that women don't have pretend they don't want to be looked at and guys don't have to pretend they don't want to look. That is positive pressure and without it TTR would just be like any other boring 'tops optional' resort where only 2 or 3 ladies have the guts to do it. There is pressure to be topless and it's a good and needed thing. If you deep down didn't want some pressure to be topless why would you come to Temptation when it's literally the only resort in Cancun where naked boobs are the main focus? I have to think most want the pressure/permission to do what they know is the more fun choice or they would be at one of the 99% of hotels where the only pressure is NOT to be sexy, fun and topless. I'm sorry but it is because the vast majority of women aren't afraid to be topless...and want to be looked at..... that makes TTR special and if that attitude ever evaporates so does TTR.....so ya, the peer pressure is a good thing because it keeps TTR safe from pozers and boring people. If ever a day comes when a significant number of the women choose not to be topless during the day and dress slutty at night TTR would become just like the boring-ass Holiday Inn a couple hundred yards down the beach. So I say embrace the pressure. Peer Pressure may have been a bad thing when we were 16...but as mature adults peer pressure is the one thing that enables us to expand our horizons and experiences. The pressure of TTR is to embrace our 'inner slut' and reject all the pressure to be the same boring people our regular lives often demand.
Back to your original question, Desire or Temptation. There will probably be more people your age at Temptation, not that it matters, as you will see. There is no pressure at either place to go topless but you will be in the minority. If your having thoughts about only going topless then maybe baby steps are called for, and Temptation would be the right place to start. When you find yourself sneaking around security to have some playtime, then it will be time to consider Desire.
Our first trip to Temptation was my idea, so my girlfriend was a little apprehensive about it. So we made our way to the Sexy Pool, and within 10 minutes her top was off and stayed off the entire trip. It's not that anyone would have cared either way, but she probably would have felt more uncomfortable with it on then off...lol
We feel ya!!! Besides a few quick flashes on Bourbon St. my wife said it may take a day or two for her to feel comfortable to go topless. Well, she actually lasted about 20 minutes before she said F-that! Top was off. Not one ounce of pressure from anywhere. Totally her decision.
The first time we went I didn't take my top off until our last day there. But I didn't feel pressured to at all. Actually I felt out of place having mine on
We didn't get to the Sexy Pool early enough to get chairs the first day, so we had to get chairs on the beach. I made a concious decision to NOT pressure, let alone suggest politely to my wife that she should go topless. Well, after 15 min she said "I'm just taking this off". She did put it back on to walk around the first couple of days, but by the 3rd day she was completely comfortable. As for dressing up for Paty O's, let's just say that not a stitch of underwear was worn by her all week. Yayy for me!
And that's what I meant with my comment of 70 women topless and 5 not, to me it felt like I was the odd ball out...pressure without words! LOL Don't get me wrong though, once they were freed...It was heaven!! LOL D
