Chance of Rain

Hello Everyone,

I noticed that there is a chance of rain when we are at TTR. What are some of the great times you had at TTR due to rain?

 

We stayed in the pool and got wetter, for the 1/2 hour the rain lasted.

I've noticed that there is pretty much always a slight chance of rain in Cancun on most days. Hopefully it'll just be a quick shower and the sun will be back out to party with us:sunny:

rain, cold and aunt flo are the three things I can think of that will ruin a TTR vacation

 

There is always a chance of rain every afternoon in July in Cancun, its like Florida, as long as its not lightning the party never stops. Seldom do showers last long.

 

One week we went (June 2015) and there were thunderstorms forecasted for 6 out of the 7 days we were there. We almost cancelled! Luckily we didn't as it only drizzled for maybe 10 minutes total during our entire week.

When we went last December, there were some heavy storms. We were getting a massage on the beach when a downpour started out of nowhere. We had to run back to the hotel in the wind and the heavy rain. It was actually a fun run, but I lost an earring in the process Some nights that week, it did rain. The party still went on at PatyO's for the most part, but no one really danced in the rain.

 

I can deal with the cold, the rain, but thank god our aunt Flo died many years ago.

It rained once while we were there last year. It was midnight and we were in the sports pool. So just stayed there and got wetter.

 

You got to love it when a plan cums together.
