I'm a beach gal.. Love it.... I keep reading how the beach is not so great! I'm really not picky as long as I have sand and water but is it a nice place to spend the morning drinking coffee? Do they have umbrellas? I'm sitting on my patio at home dreaming of coffee on the beach instead of my back yard... Lol. 5 more days.........
The beach isn't as bad as everyone says. It's a relaxing area with not much going on and a great place for morning coffee. The water is calm and they keep the beach clean. T
The beach is actually pretty nice. There is no surf because of the location on the island, so its almost like being on the sound side, even though it is the ocean side. Lots of white sand, lounge chairs, palm trees for shade and some hammocks. I'll try to post some pics for you, although i usually get frustrated and quit when I try that.
It's a nice beach! Hi, The beach is great, really. I grew up in NYC and Temptation's beach is much nicer than any beach in NYC (Jones Beach, Coney Island) I also thought it was better than Daytona Beach (which has hard sand) and better than Virginia Beach (which was very crowded) The beach at Temptation isn't as nice as the one we saw in the Bahamas (that one had white powdery sand and clear turquoise waters) but I think it's still a wonderful beach. The beach at Temptation is clean. There is some seaweed here and there, but it's easy to avoid the more weedy spots. There are plenty of chairs, lots of tables, and umbrellas. There is a bar nearby and the servers occasionally come around to ask if you want drinks (not sure if this is for Premier only) Have a great trip!
