7/19 - 7/26!!

 

For those that are participating....We have 4 rooms and maybe a few more but not getting the response back. I am a Newbie and trying my best to get this organized....as I can't wait to meet all of you and have a great night.

Any veteran's want to give us an idea of where to meet around 830 before we go to the first room?

If we end up with only 4 rooms (which is still a good number), we have 6 crawlers that are not hosting, so was thinking that maybe each of the couples good possibly hook up with a host and help with the shots. Let me know what everyone thinks.
